8:26 AM UTC Update: All servers are now available. Thanks for your patience!

7:36 AM UTC Update: We're moving ahead with unlocking Eanna, Dahuta, Anthalon, Prophecy, and Sirothe. The remaining servers will have to wait until our hardware restoration is complete and tested, which is continuing on schedule.

5:16 AM UTC Update: As the team has continued to investigate, the hardware issue has now been identified as a major failure that has affected the server's raid controller. The drive in question is now being rebuilt by the staff remotely, and this process will take hours to be completed. We are now extending tonight's maintenance by 4 hours, though this extension is now estimated and could go longer or shorter depending on how the rebuild goes. No character data will be affected by this, as it's external to those services.

4:46 AM UTC Update: The team has run into a hardware issue in one of the servers as the maintenance has progressed, and we're troubleshooting what's gone wrong. We're extending this maintenance by 1.5 hours. Thanks for your patience!

3:00 AM UTC: This patch has begun!

Adventurers,

The European ArcheAge servers will be unavailable at 2:00 AM UTC (PST+8) on Wednesday, February 1st for a server restart.

The estimated duration for this downtime is 3 hours. In-game messaging will be broadcast in advance of the downtime. During this update, we will be both releasing the Pawesome Festival in Windscour Savannah, which will run to February 20th, and will be implementing a bug fix for Peace Fund issues encountered during the last siege cycle. More information on the Pawesome Festival will be made available later today. During the festival, Windscour Savannah will be placed into peace.

European players, please do not play on the North American servers until those servers are patched up later today. If you attempt to play on NA, the game will ask you to re-download the entire game.

Thanks for your patience, and we can't wait to see you back in Erenor!
