Good day, everyone! Welcome to the State of the Game Update for January 4. Happy New Year!

Here's where we are at for today:

--Gray login screens are next on the work list, and the XLGAMES team has implemented a new patch to help diagnose why they occur. The additional information gathered by this additional set of logging will be used to help fix the issue once and for all. Until then, we will continue to use preventative maintenance to reduce the number of times players may run into this issue.

--The team is still working on turning back on the server transfer and name change service. We estimate we are about a week away from putting that service back into place at this point, but that's a rough estimate that's subject to change.

--Re-enabling purchased item packs (such as the Archeum Jubilee Pack, Archeum Ascension Pack, etc.) and any outstanding 2014 Patron item grants are also scheduled to be finished up about a week from now. These packs are having extra changes made to them to make extra sure that they cannot be applied to a Fresh Start account and can only be used on Legacy accounts.

--The Winter Maiden Festival continues for 5 more days! More information on that can be found here.

--Our Customer Service team continues to work overtime in order to tackle the high number of support requests we've received. Right now, we estimate the wait time on your ticket can be as high as between 5 - 7 days. The team is continuing to work on these support requests in the order that they were received, and we are doing our best to reduce the wait as much as possible!
