5:35 PM UTC Update: Our Fresh Start Server, Prophecy, is NOW AVAILABLE!

5:25 PM UTC Update: Our final checks have been completed, and we will be opening Prophecy in 10 minutes, at 5:35 PM UTC.

5:18 PM UTC Update: Our team is doing some final monitoring on server performance before opening our final server, Prophecy. We will announce when we are preparing to open the server.

5:06 PM UTC Update: Rangora is now available!

5:04 PM UTC Update: Rangora will be our next server!

5:00 PM UTC Update: Kyprosa is now available!

4:58 PM UTC Update: Our next server is Kyprosa! Launching in 2 minutes!

4:53 PM UTC Update: Shatigon is now available for play!

4:50 PM UTC Update: We're confident in our fix and we are proceeding forward with opening our next servers: Eanna and Dahuta.

4:42 PM UTC Update: We have made a change to configurations on our side, and we have seen a major improvement in logins (both from our data and from player reports.) We're going to continue to monitor for now and we will continue our opening once we are confident this issue has been resolved.

4:30 PM UTC Update: If you are still receiving crashes, please wait through the opening movies and try not to hit escape to skip through. That is helping some work around this crashing issue. The team continues work on this issue, and we believe we have identified a possible cause of this crash.

4:11 PM UTC Update: We are holding off on opening additional servers while the teams here investigate the cause of the black screen crash on game opening. Anthalon, Sirothe, and Leviathan will remain open for now. We have found that running in windowed mode does not cause this particular crash as much as full screen.

4:06 PM UTC Update: Sirothe and Anthalon are now available.

4:00 PM UTC Update: Our opening process has begun. The first server is Leviathan. If you have not restarted your Glyph client recently, make sure to restart it before attempting to connect, in order to ensure you have a recent login and update.

3:50 PM UTC Update: EU Players, we will be proceeding forward with the launch in 10 minutes. First servers up: Leviathan, Sirothe, Anthalon.

3:20 PM UTC Update: Our work continues and we are postponing our launch by another 30 minutes to 4:00 PM UTC. Thank you for your patience.

2:50 PM UTC Update: Adventurers, we will have to push back the server opening time by 30 min, as we need additional time to finish our work. We tentatively plan to begin opening the servers at 3:30 PM UTC. We plan to open Leviathan, Sirothe, Anthalon. For the latest updates, please keep an eye on this thread and our official Twitter. Thank you!

10:31 AM UTC Update: Preloading is now available for Europe! You can begin updating your game now.

The European ArcheAge servers will be unavailable at 3:00 AM UTC (PST+8) on Saturday, December 10 for the release of our highly anticipated major update, ArcheAge: Revelation.

The estimated duration for this downtime is 12 hours. In-game messaging will be broadcast in advance of the downtime. Final patch notes will be posted on Saturday, but preliminary patch notes can be found on our in our Public Test Server forums.

Our current plan is to bring servers back online between the hours of 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM UTC on Saturday, December 10. Servers will be brought online one at a time during this window, in a randomized order. Servers will be announced on our official Twitter channel, as well as visible from the in-game server select screen. Players will be able to download the Revelation update prior to the launch, during the downtime. An announcement will be made when patching begins.

If you have questions on how the new Fresh Start servers work, make sure to read our Fresh Start server FAQ.

European players, please do not play on the North American servers until those servers are patched up later today. If you attempt to play on NA, the game will ask you to re-download the entire game.

Thanks for your patience, and we can't wait to see you back in Erenor!
