due to a network maintenance that is ongoing right now, EU logins are down and you may be seeing credits displayed as 0 if you are still logged in.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dear players,

Due to the recent transition to the gamigo structure and the approach of the holiday season, the customer support is currently operating at a slower pace.
For the time being, please submit your tickets for new issues on the Trion worlds support page as the gamigo support page does not have the ticket queues for your game and therefore, the means to treat your issue. While all tickets will be treated in time, we ask you to remain patient until then and to follow these rules:
  • Please visit our forums first, as you might find the answer for the issue you are experiencing without needing to send a ticket.
  • Do not send multiple tickets for the same issue, since it creates an unnecessary number of tickets and will further delay the response to your tickets and the other players in the queue.
  • Please be careful with the game and language you select. Sending a ticket to the wrong game/language queue will increase response time as our team will need to send your ticket to the proper queue.
  • If you speak multiple languages, please do not send tickets regarding the same issue to different language queues, as it will also increase response time. One ticket, using the language you are the most comfortable with, is enough.
  • Do not reply to your ticket/bump the ticket if you did not receive an answer from us as it will only send your ticket back to the end of the queue, thus delaying our response.

Please follow these rules and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

CM Carendash: Introduction!

Hello, it's me
I was wondering if after all these years you'd like to meet.

Those are the first words of Adele’s “Hello”. Those are the first words of my introduction.

My name is Carendash and I am the new community manager for Archeage. A game we all love and want it to be the best game we've ever played.

But first, some words about me as a person: As i was born and raised in germany that is for sure my native language. But that won't stop me from answering in english as well. ;)
I preordered Archeage and fell in love with it. Raids, PvP, PvE (I still rage sometimes) You guys all know the good old “Daggerspell and Darkrunner are OP” screams and yes, I have been one of them as well 😀.

ArcheAge has not been the only game I played so far, there have been many others such as everything by Blizzard, Indie Games like Kholat, or adventures and shooters Skyrim, Counter-Strike and so on. This list would not end for a while 😉

Same is for Music and Movies but my both most favored movies of all time are “V for Vendetta” and “Equilibrium”. Favorite Actor: Denzel Washington, Christian Bale.

For me it is important that we all are working on this game, it’s not one sided, I need you to get into action as well as you need us to get into action.

So, here is my first task for you to take action: Post 1 Screenshot, which is the best you’ve ever done, based on ArcheAge! (I need a new and nice background ;) )

While you are doing that, I am trying to answer as many questions as possible that you've got.
